The first wave of bookings have now been completed. I’m hoping that McCabe will let us have a few more places, but if you are still hoping to join us, the sooner you pay your deposit, the better. P.s. If any of you have unwanted brochures, I’ve almost run out. Thanks Don.

Cleaning Up the River Anker.

As part of ‘Hope 2008’, we have attempted to bless the town by joining together with other churches and have cleaned up different areas along the River Anker. This has been a great success and thanks go to all those who worked so hard to clean up these areas. Click Here to see Photo’s of before and after the event.

Christian Aid Week 11 – 17 May 2008

During recent years the number of volunteers for distributing and collecting envelopes has declined significantly. If we are to demonstrate Our Vision in action it is essential that we recruit new volunteers. Christian Aid Week provides an opportunity for us to witness in our local community in a practical way. St. Nicolas Church is responsible for the collection within the Parish. COFFEE MORNINGS Your Church Warden and Team invites you to Come and join us, any Friday morning. These are held in the Old Grammar School Lounge from 10:00am to 11:30am. from February 1st 2008 Please contact Sue Faulks on (76 373306) for further details.
