
The Bible calls followers of Jesus to share the Good News of God's Kingdom and to demonstrate God's love and care to all. We begin with our own community, but join with others across the world. Here are just a few of the ways in which we are responding to this call:
Local mission
St. Nicolas is a partner, through Christians Together in Nuneaton, with other churches
in supporting the Sycamore Tree. This local interdenominational trust runs a shop

Development and Fair Trade
St. Nicolas church supports Christian Aid and our members participate in the annual
Christian Aid week. As part of our concern for world development we encourage Fair
Trade through our Traidcraft stall in the church. Our policy is to serve fairly-
Contact Centre
Saturday mornings we host a meeting place for children to meet with the parent they don't live with, in a safe and supportive atmosphere. St. Nicolas is one of the first contact centres in the country.
Overseas Mission Partners
We also support the work of a number of organisations which seek to communicate the Christian gospel locally and around the world. We support the Church Missionary Society, both financially and by prayer. We have a special link with one of their workers, Gail Philip, who is currently based in Christ Church, Bangkok.
